Method

  4. Cook the Chops – Place in a single layer in the basket. Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. Use a thermometer for 145°F (63°C) medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) medium.
  5. Rest the Meat – Tent loosely with foil and rest 5-7 minutes to redistribute juices.
