- Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them evenly with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add butter to the pan.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes without moving it, allowing the crust to develop.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Notes
- For a milder version, reduce the amount of cayenne in the Cajun seasoning.
