Equipment

  • Skillet For searing the steak and making the garlic butter sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank) cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the fresh herbs and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter until well coated.
  • Serve the steak bites immediately with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add red pepper flakes or smoked paprika to the garlic butter sauce.
  • If you prefer a different cut of steak, try ribeye, New York strip, or filet mignon for tender, juicy bites.
  • These steak bites pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes, cauliflower rice, or roasted vegetables.
