  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Equipment

  • Grill or Grill Pan For grilling the shrimp to smoky perfection

  • Tongs For flipping the shrimp on the grill
  • Skewers (Optional) For easier grilling

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning or cayenne pepper.
