Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • ½ teaspoon salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 9–10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel the eggs.
  2. Slice the avocado and place it in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
  3. Slice the boiled eggs and add them to the bowl with avocado.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added texture, top with your favorite nuts or seeds.
  • Use a pinch of smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
  • Feel free to swap lemon juice for lime juice for a different twist.
