Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp. Toss to coat and let the sauce simmer until thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
  5. Serve the Honey Garlic Shrimp over rice, noodles, or with your choice of sides.
