- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add the beef, diced tomatoes, beef broth, taco seasoning, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes
- For a thicker taco filling, remove the slow cooker lid in the last 30 minutes to let excess moisture evaporate.
