Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Equipment

  • Skillet For searing the chicken and making the sauce
  • Tongs For flipping and coating the chicken

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Stir and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss it in the sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes until fully coated and sticky.
  4. Serve hot with extra glaze drizzled on top. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer before adding the chicken back in.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
